Michael E. Hockenbury is an award winning traditional and contemporary painter. His work emphasis a natural approach to Still Life/L'oeil paintings. Works created have a deep understanding of capturing the illusion of form and space while his compositions carefully depict the interplay of light, shadow, and space. Academically designed and arranged in a theme with each object complementing while the other in a meticulous formation of balance, repetition, and diversity.
